FBI Hoped to Follow Falafel Trail to Iranian Terrorists Here
CQ HOMELAND SECURITY ? SPYTALK
Nov. 2, 2007 ? 8:27 p.m.
By Jeff Stein, CQ National Security Editor
Like Hansel and Gretel hoping to follow their bread crumbs out of the forest, the FBI sifted through customer data collected by San Francisco-area grocery stores in 2005 and 2006, hoping that sales records of Middle Eastern food would lead to Iranian terrorists.
The idea was that a spike in, say, falafel sales, combined with other data, would lead to Iranian secret agents in the south San Francisco-San Jose area.

The Fraudulent War on Terror
The Fraudulent War on Terror
By Paul Craig Roberts
Americans had best rethink the "war on terror" while they still have the liberty to do so. For all of President Bush's blah-blah talk about bringing democracy to the world, the Bush administration has proved that it is no friend of liberty at home.
The Bush administration has violated constitutional principles, US law, and the Geneva Conventions as no previous administration has done. Here is a short list of the Bush administration's crimes:

Bush as Dictator -- National Presidential Directive 51
Much commentary is available on this totalitarian directive, from very ideologically

(Sidenote: Interesting to note how many original articles that come up in a
search on "presidential directive 51" are now dead links ...)
So what's all this fuss about? And why did Oregon Rep. Peter Defazio, a member
of the House Committee on Homeland Security ask to see BUT WAS DENIED the secret
annexes to this order? (http://www.oregonlive.com/news/oregonian/index.ssf?/base/news/118489654058910.xml&coll=7)
He's quoted as saying "We're talking about the continuity of the government
of the United States of America. I would think that would be relevant to any
member of Congress, let alone a member of the Homeland Security Committee."
An article in the Washington Post from May titled "Bush Changes Continuity Plan
Administration, Not DHS, Would Run Shadow Government" is posted here in full, at the end.

FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders
There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.
